We understand that plans can change, and we have crafted a refund and returns policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. 1. Cancellation by the Client

  • Up to 30 Days Before the Tour Date: If you cancel your booking up to 30 days before the scheduled tour date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (such as bank charges or credit card processing fees).
  • Between 30 and 7 Days Before the Tour Date: Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the tour date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less Than 7 Days Before the Tour Date: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date, as arrangements and bookings have already been confirmed.

2. Cancellation by Romanos

In rare circumstances, Romanos may need to cancel a tour due to reasons beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies. If we must cancel a tour, we will offer you the following options:

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the tour price.
  • Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule your tour for a future date at no additional cost.

3. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as changing the tour date or modifying the number of participants, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, changes made less than 7 days before the tour date may not be possible and could incur additional charges.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and bookings, such as third-party accommodations, transportation, or special activities included in your tour, may be non-refundable. We will inform you of any non-refundable services at the time of booking.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that any bank charges or processing fees are non-refundable.
